Chili in Vinegar (Prik Dong)

This very simple sauce adds flavor to any dish.

6 green jalapeño peppers (prik chee fa), sliced in rounds

1/3 cup (3 fl oz/90 ml) vinegar

-Combine the peppers with the vinegar. Use as a sauce or dip for noodle or to improve or change the flavor of other dishes.

-Makes 2/3 cup
