Most popular all the sauces, this can be served with most dishes.
¼ cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) fish sauce (nam pla)
5 tablespoons (2 ½ fl oz/75 ml) lemon or lime juice
2 garlic cloves (kratiem), minced
5 green Thai chili peppers (prik khee noo), chopped
- Combine all the ingredients and use as a dipping sauce. This sauce can also be used in curries or stir-fried dishes.
